1. Game Access & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Intellectual Property
All game assets, code, music, and art are owned by the Indie Game Studio. We love fan art and mods! However, such content must be non-commercial and must not include stolen assets from other creators.
3. Prohibited Conduct
We have a zero-tolerance policy for cheating, harassment, or any form of toxicity within our communities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these principles.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
Our games are provided 'as-is.' As an indie studio, we strive for perfection but cannot guarantee that software will be entirely free of bugs or interruptions. We appreciate your feedback via our Discord.
